Hello to my fellow haunters, I am Mike aka The Badlander, a Junior in high school who has been haunting since 7 years old and been researching haunts about that long too. Buffalo Badlands has been a poplar haunt in Hamburg since 2005 and grows sbstantially every year.

Buffalo Badlands: Creatures of the Night

Today I am archiving my haunt CD's on my laptop so I can have an easy access library of resources, I am also making the first to do list so we are not stuck with an unorganized, overwhelming mess of props to make a week and a half before the show. We are not making any new scenes this year so we can focus on much more detail and organization in existing scenes which are:

Buffalo Badlands: Creatures of the Night Progress

Yesterday me and my dad had our first planning meeting which yielded a tentative goal for the environmental development for the front entrance:

On the side of the road we will place a 4x6 sign which clearly states the location date(s) and time(s) of this years event, a staff member will be put in charge of parking and there will be que line actor openings for the entertainment of a potential line of patrons. The front entrance will consist of a 8x20 white tent with sides and assorted branches and sheets of fabric  hanging within to give a foresty feel. The tent will be lit on the inside with compact led lights possibly warm white to make shadows.
