Located along the historic Lehigh Vally Railroad right-of-way, now the Lehigh Vally Trail, the Lehigh Vally Outpost is a fall family fun destination. We have many attractions including a corn maze, hay ride and pumpkins. Stay tuned for more info. The mission of the Lehigh Valley Outpost is to increase public awareness of healthy, seasonal and sustainable food by incorporating innovative farming techniques and agritourism activities. Offering a platform to educate children and adults about the sources of their food, and prepare them to steward the land that provides it. Our Community Supported Agriculture program allows for the opportunity to bring the community together by encouraging member involvement, offering hands-on learning, educational programs, and a fun filled day at the farm with animals and activities for the whole family. Stewarding “Food to Table” philosophies, thus creating interest in homemade meals, support to our locally based food system, reducing the need and interest for out-of-region products. The Lehigh Valley Outpost is committed to supporting our neighboring farms and communities. Through Sponsorship with Sent By Ravens, (SBR) Food Pantry, a 501-c3 non-profit organization, our vision is for every family to have access to healthy food. Participation in our CSA program, agritourism activities, and charitable donations are used to fund our ability to supply SBR and other local food pantries through out western New York with naturally grown foods. We encourage you to join us as we work with our natural environment to improve the way our nation eats and farms. Come explore our fields, walk our pastures and woodlands. Talk with our farmers, and support our cause.
