Okay Im the big "UNBELIEVER"

but after staying all night at the Abandoned Reformatory and taking around 160 snapsshots.... we stumbled upon this image... at first I said its the reflection... ( Nope doesnt make sense ) different angles...

Then someone else said its smoke.... I said nope noone smoked inside...

fog on the lens...wrong... would have affected the rest of the pics...

( Which by the way are here - if your not a friend BECOME ONE )

To me the picture looks like a man holding a pillow or something... so I contacted a few people....

I was told by the people who know more about the building that the hallway this picture was taken in is where the convicts would get their pillows, blankets, and etc.

ok hate to tell you this but the picture you drew is far from what any one can see in the original picture greate imagination for that.

This is what I see, place is old dust kicks up you are seeing the light through the bars reflecting off dust in the air.

I really don't see that image either. I can see maybe reflection or dust, but not a full figure specter.

11-09-2009, 05:18 PM
dust with sharp angles.... mmmmk. Well Im not a believer but theres "Something there" its not dust.... its not smoke.... AND its not a reflection... If you take a look at all the other pics youd see this happened 1 time and 1 time only...

Dunno.... guess you dont see the white/gray-ish shape in front of the door ?

you know ...the one that covers the door and floor ?

( Maybe its the LSD flashbacks...lmfao but even when I play with it in editing I can see it there )

Maybe I just need drugs...lol... might have missed my meds...lol

There is a ton of light and shadows at play in the room.

I'm pretty sure the "bag" that you drew the man carrying is one of the windows on the right being distorted and reflected off the camera lens.

I don't see anything strange in this photo.

Yes Im still a non believer "Even though I seem to be working pretty hard at this "

Im not crazy....lmfao.... now Im starting to feel like Im crazy....lmfao so... noone sees anything like Im seeing ?? Or anything strange ??....LMFAO ??

I have good vision.... and ummm...Ive passed the Ink Blot tests....lol

Id ask Jim but ( SHHH.... dont tell him but hes crazy ) LMFAO...just joking Jim

Heres another one...Im trying to help you see what I see....lmfao Looks like some guy facing to your right with a beard...???

I hear the song too.... ( Is that a bad thing ? )

"They're coming to take me away, ha-haaa.
They're coming to take me away, ho-ho, hee-hee, ha-haaa.
To the funny farm, where life is beautiful all the time and I'll be happy
to see those nice young men in their clean white coats and they're coming
to take me away, ha-haaa!!!
To the happy home, with trees and flowers and chirping birds and basket
weavers who sit and smile and twiddle their thumbs and toes and they're
coming to take me away, ha-haa!!!
To the funny farm, where life is beautiful all the time... "

ONLY reason I think you're crazy is because you LITERALLY used "LMFAO" 7 times...

WHO laughs that much except for a crazy person? lmao!!

But from an artists perspective, the angles in the "ghost" line up with the angles of the windows. The term is perspective?! Well...good try

sorry I tend to forget "Some of you" take text literally.... CAPS mean yer mad LOL means yer actually laughing.... WOW <--- and Im not mad ....

I'll tell you this much: I used to be a non believer...until this year!

I worked at a haunted house that was inside of an abandoned slaughterhouse. When I started there they said it was haunted and I pretty much laughed at the notion. I noticed some things that could be supernatural but could also be coincidence (lights coming on/off by themselves, the music in one room starting and stopping by itself) but there was ONE instance which REALLY got under my skin. We had closed for the night and so I packed all my stuff back in my tote bag (costume, cough drops, water, etc) and that took me a few minutes to get everything put away. When I got everything packed away I walked to the front of the building (where I'm at is near the back of the haunt). Everyone else was up front. I realized I forgot something and I walked back to my spot with my flashlight because the lights and music had been turned off. As I was walking down this one hallway towards the front I heard footsteps coming up behind me. I turned around, looked with the flashlight but nobody was there. I called out but nobody answered and I even looked in the room behind me. Nobody was anywhere near me.

Needless to say I was extremely creeped out by this and since then I don't doubt that there might be someone...or something....in that building.

Almost every week. Most of the people telling me their stories are very believable, intelligent, normal people, of course some obviously have problems or have had problems with chemicals, bodily or ingested.
There are those among us who have superlative hearing, vision and refined senses beyond the normal range, then there are those who are highly intutive.
Just as some can't see the diference between the colors red and green maybe many of us will never be able to "see" a random bundle of loose energy that exists in a partial human form.
Many of the visitors with experiences to tell never believed there were such possibilities ..until something happened to Them.

11-10-2009, 07:47 AM
Well that explains it.... Thanx Jim, I have superlative hearing, vision and refined senses beyond the normal range.....
I dont know if I believe ...I say I dont, but I still say I see "Something" do you see it Jim ? Does anyone else atleast see what I see ? Like I said there was no lights shining into the hallway ....it was completely black. The only light being from the cameras flash. The lines dont line up in my opinion for a relection and even if it were to reflect it still doesnt explain the image ( I ) am seeing. I know the human eye tries to make sense of images i.e. ink blot images.... so I wrote it off as being just that. It is simply the human eye trying to make sense of what it sees and mine just happens to see an image of a man holding something in his hand.

Thanks for sharing your opinions.

To much play of light in that room but if you ever go back you should try to catch some EVP's those always get me thinking hard to deny a voice saying something when there was no one else around.

11-10-2009, 09:37 AM
Damn.... Im lost in the geeky world of ghost tracking... I dont even know what EVP'sl, is that anything like white noise and stuff ?

Nope... not gonna become a ghost hunter.... I have seen them before, in cemetaries.... abandoned houses.... I dont own a pocket protector or a EVP reader or anything of the sorts...

Well, it was a fun picture ~ atleast it was a good disscussion ~

Oh, and even looking at it now - "I still see dead people"

I kind of see what you think you see, but I don't know if it's supernatural. You only show one picture of the area, does this image still manifest when you take more pictures in the same conditions? If it's there all the time, I'd say ink-blot effect. If it's not there, in the exact same conditions, you may have something... but it's hard to tell with an isolated incident. Could still have been some outside light coming through that you didn't notice at the time.

I believe in ghosts, but I'm so skeptical of photos. I have a photo if a skull-orb that I can't explain. I took the photo myself, know it wasn't doctored, but still am not willing to say it's paranormal.

As of this last October we have now seen "Orbs" in this house with the naked eye 5 times, photographed them once, in the wine cellar during "Ghost Hunters Night" -Oct. 31st.
As I walked down the steps into the wine cellar a bright, light green "ball" was floating out infront of us. It had a gold edge to it, the lights in the room were turned to a dim setting.
"Look an orb!" I said.
The man walking beside me pulled his camera up off of his chest, took the picture and there it was, it's image captured forever, just as we both had seen it :A ball of light green floating in the air with a slight golden rim. It was hard to judge how far away it actually was but if it was maybe 8 feet away, then the ball would have maybe been about the size of a hardball (baseball)

Then this October my helper saw a green ball turn the corner and come up the basement steps toward him. He was then quickly MOVING! (I guess he didn't think it might have just been Tinkerbell?)
About two seconds after he saw it and burst prematurely into the room, I looked at his face and thought he was about to vomit!
He ran outside(to vomit?) When he returned a short time later is when he told me what he had seen. He was Very definately scared.
