Haunted house location avail....

Hello everyone, new to the site. I have a question.My family ownes a commercial building in Seaside Heights NJ.This is where they filmed the MTV jersey shore show.We would like to put a Haunted House in the building.I do not want to run it, I want to rent the space.Please let me know if this is the place to post my idea.Thanks
