i need to have a surety bond for my haunt so the owner I am renting the property from feels more secure. He wants to make sure I dont leave it all behind and if I do he has the bond to pay to have it all moved out. Does anyone know what type of bond I should look into?
Thank!

how much of a bond does he want?..another thing to do is if you have the money is give him a cashier check to hold because a bond will cost you a percent of the amount and sometimes its very hard to get.good luck
