Dream....I mean Scream Job

I couldn't land a job this year as a haunt builder so when I found out a Spirit Halloween store was opening down the street from me, I got right on it and today was my first day. Man, it was just like Christmas....every box I cracked open had hanging heads, skeletons, vultures, whole cases of blood. I spent the whole day surrounded by people who wanted to talk about Halloween and costume ideas and they all seemed as psyched about the holiday as I am, well I was in Heaven. Tomorrow I get to do the mod for spiders and killer clowns. This job has just extended my Halloween season to 65 days. Now if I could just find something horror related for the other 300.

My GF worked as a SM for Spirit in the past and now manages for a competitor, she waits 290 days and then gets to be in wonderland for 75. It'll make you want to open your own year round store, unfortunately, the reality that sales will be extremely low around, say, Easter is the only true dis-suader.
