Sounds like a good read, anywhere to get it for a decent price?

It went for 74 bucks. Not bad, wish I'd kept a case or two back before selling it out.

Rather than everything getting more expensive as time goes on there are actually some things that get cheaper. Book printing is one of them. I have self-published a couple of books (in other fields). Once you have the info in the computer you can have small runs printed for less than it would have cost 10 years ago. I printed mine on a laser printer and bound them with one or those spiral binding machines. It was more work but I got to keep more of the profit.

Heck, why bother printing them at all? Sell them on CD or as an e-book. Generally these sell for less than printed books (although sometimes they can be more) and you end up with much more profit in your pocket. And you can "print" them one at a time as you sell them.
