Unfortunately today I had to make the tough choice of letting one of our team members go. This is always a very tough thing for me to do and it causes me great turmoil. It was in the best interest of the entire team though and had to be done.

I'm a sucker for good lighting. very nice! I have a quick question for you, how do you like the Pale Night visual scare? I saw some videos from this years HauntWorld and my jaw kinda dropped.

Also, do you care to share what happened with the team member you had to let go? Was it a clear and cut case? Sometimes it's really evident that you have to do what's best for ALL involved, and not just the one person it affects.
