Hello All! Due to timing with work this year we won't be able to make it to TransWorld. We were thinking of attended the MidWest Haunters Convention in St Louis in June though. Any recommendations on this convention? Is it worth the money especially for first year haunters? We really want to get in there and pick everyone's brains...LOL. Thanks in advance!

Yes its worth the money! Midwest is a great show. It has a good cirriculum of classes and a good selection of vendors. When I socialize at the bar I dont really drink much, so I talk haunt. If you make sure to hit the evenings social bar time Im sure you can gain a ton of knowledge that as well as on the show floor and in the class room.
MHC is a very good show, there are more things for actors and plenty of things for owners.

MHC is definitely worth attending! Like Allen said, great instruction and great networking! It's an awesome time too! You'll leave knowing you've invested wisely and feeling like you just went to a family reunion / vacation!

MHC is such a great show; it's like the haunters family reunion. It has a really fun atmosphere, there are tons of networking opportunities, plenty of great seminars, and a large vendor area.

I Love MWHC! Great show floor & socializing! I'd highly recommend the pre-show bus tours too!
