I need some super cheap zombie props... I would rather them be static props or special effects, but all input will be helpful!

Cheaper-working Zombies! Can't beat it, they are already dead= no life insurance needed!
they can get injured on the job and keep on keeping on= no problem.
Don't need any creative artwork or plans, just provide them with a mirror!
