Its hard to tell from youtube videos, which there are only 1 or 2 of...

Pretty sure this is like their other climbers. They do go up and down the ropes. Ghostly Manor has two of the skeleton ones on the outside of their building that climb down that back up. I know you are in the Ohio area, might not be a bad idea to go check em out.
