Unfortunately, that is computer generated.

It can be done without CG-ing out the nose like they do in the movie, but it will never be an exact match. I've seen a couple prosthetic only versions and some are pretty good. I don't think anyone makes one commercially. You would have to to get it custom made. It would help if your wife has a small nose.
Here is an okay one...

The CFX Voldemort was very good!

I didn't think the CFX one was that good. It didn't go as far as they needed to go to hide the nose. Silicone isn't the right medium for a Voldermort because you have to build up pretty thick to mask the nose. You really need to use foam latex cause you don't want that thickness of silicone sitting on the face. It would be heavy and it is in an area of the face that doesn't have much movement so silicone is a waste.

I was going to suggest the CFX version as well. Just see if they'll cast the nose area in foam latex instead!!

I dont think anyone makes a voldemort prosthetic although a couple companies do make some that are intended to be voldemort but have to have some small differences to avoid copyright infringement.
personally id go scream team i think it looks better.
