You need to include a picture of the track you already have. Im almost certain that you will need to have it made- but Ive been wrong before.

Even back in the day, they would make the track on site. Two fitters would put on official overalls and make it. Then it gets worn out and in modern times the entire country is almost picked clean with scrap prices being nearly $10 per 100 weight at times during the year. There were quite a few designs as well.

not sure what name Tom, but the track looks just like yours the best I can tell. Just bought from a Carnival traveling through a town nearby, even the cars are similar to yours

Chances are it might be Pretzel if it's a single track system. If this is the case, I can answer what ever questions in the future.
If it is Pretzel, the track is made of #12 (or 12lb) mine track. It is still available but you will have to have any turns bent. Then attaching a hot bar on the side is fairly simple.

Oh, and please post pics when you can. I'm curious myself.

thanks Tom I will as soon as they bring it to me, I went up Sat night and watched them take it down , I will be putting up in permanent location. good to know someone knows something about it. It seems to be pretty simple, it is one track and has hot bar on right hand side of track thanks again

Yep, been working with my Pretzel darkride since 2001.
It may seem simple but dealing with 24vac on the ride can be a serious pain in the a$$ if you don't know what to look for.
And permanent? That's great as I did the same thing. MUCH easier to deal with AND you can go practically year round.
Stay in touch. I'll assist where I can.
