Time Delay Relay

Need a little tech help, I have several props that are motion activated with a remote sensor. I want to set them up so that once they go off there is a time delay before they can be set off again. Can anyone offer some suggestions on how to make this happen?

what controller are you using? most controllers have a pre delay and a post delay
