Radio advertising

I need a professional to record a 30 second radio advert for our haunt. Obviously need it ASAP as I had planned on starting advertising last week. Thought I had this taken care of, prepaid someone over 3 weeks ago to record an advert for us but I am only getting the run around and no product. I need references as I don't want to waste any more time or money. Any suggestions? (FYI the company I have already prepaid is a member of this forum).

We have the radio station do the voice and we provide them with the background music. Check with Badger, I believe he does voice work.
