View Full Version : Halloween Lasers won't return calls

Just wondering if anyone else has had trouble with the company Halloweenlasers.com ? I purchased a Babette laser system used it for 2 days and it broke. I have called, emailed, Facebooked and everything else I can think of to get in touch with them. NOTHING! THey are on FB saying that they are building more systems daily. I need to return this laser so they can fix it. Purchase price was $500 plus. This is not a small investment by any means. Any help out there would be appreciated.

I bought 2 brand new Babette Systems from him 4 months ago. One of the controllers simply quit working during the season, with no explanation, and for no reason. So now the entire unit is worthless. I've been trying to get in contact with him also, to see what I can do to fix it. No response for almost 6 weeks now...

I would recommend looking at X-laser. They are high quality American made lasers. We are dealers, so you know you will receive excellent customer service and we are on the forums regularly.

Woo25, yes one of the controllers quit working for me also. We tried the other controller to double check both lasers. Both lasers work it is one of the controllers. I am going to TW, as I do every year, and I will look them up and camp out at their booth if I have to. Yes, 2 days into the first weekend and bam nothing. As I mentioned I have called, emailed, ect.... and nothing. I will post here as soon as this has been resolved. Hopefully they do look here from time to time. Right now I am warning everyone do not buy from this company. http://www.Halloweenlasers.com
