I'm in the process of producing a huge 8 ft circle body pile in a "the thing" theme Highly realistic hair pinching and teeth throughout also a regular body pile again 8 ft circle pile. is this something that would be of interrest to a haunt owner trying to get an idea of interrest as it will be a massive expendature of resources ....your opinions would be much appreciated. The cirle will be seperated in half for shipping and if you want heaps against walls etc?

that'd be neat but could consume more space than it's worth if not executed to perfection....how about body stacking like they did in like world war 2 and vietnam with just like piles of dead, that can be made in 4x8 or 8x8 panels, and allow for live actor access...shipping would be easier, it would take up less space, look really cool, etc...just my 2 cents. =) And please don't take that as, "that's stupid", I really like the idea!! But space is really important for a LOT of haunts! I mean, an 8ft circle, will consume about an 8x8 chunk of floor space, or 64sq ft....(approx), so for smaller haunts, it may not be feasible, whereas going vertical would make actually fitting your product into a floor plan much more feasible for haunts of a more variety of sizes. :D

I like both ideas. Of coarse, realism and price have to factor in as well.

some really good imput on that and I agree . my design will split seamlessly so you can sau stack a pile against a wall reducing space also creaing a cavity in the design so an actor could blend into the pile and pop up at certain moments. I agree the taller the pile the better. based on the size and materials I am looking at somewhere between 1500 and 2000.

This is exactly what I was looking for yesterday but I don't have the floor space for such a big prop. The wall idea would certainly fit but price is going to be a factor as I am still a small haunt in the process of growing. Panels would be a great option for me as well. If you go that direction let me know what it looks like and the price

The stack of bodies is something I've been looking for several years now. It's too expensive to use individual bodies piled up. I would order a couple right now.

This would work well alongside products we produce now. Barrel toppers and Gore Piles.

Midnight Studios does this as well!

Those are neat but we are looking for more of a pile of male bodies that would fit in a military/infected theme. I suppose we could do it with just arms and legs and heads and hide the rest with clothing.
