Does anyone else have trouble with their customer service? We are trying to buy a bunch of teeth for our actors, and while we have bought wholesale from them previously, we cannot now get an answer to our emails. We posted on their facebook that they weren't answering, they answered that post, apologised by email to say they would answer the email, but 4 weeks later they still haven't answered or allowed us to place a wholesale order. It's weird! Any advice please?
