Anyone know video editing? SOS

So I was right in the middle of editing the footage from this weekend and now I get an error message I cannt figure out. I am editing with Pinnicle Studio 9 and have done quite a bit of editing with this program so this really thows me for a loop. When I go to capture footage I get a message that says: "Sorry Can not capture. The data rate of drive is less than the 4213 kbps needed"

Bear in mind it was capturing fine and I have tried rebooting and everything. Any thoughts?

The device/drive your capturing too is either full or cannot capture at the rate of which your camera requires. I have had similar problems with my editor... I went and got a fast external harddrive for about $150 and worked fine!
