Hey everyone,
I am looking to bring in an outside vendor to sell food at our location. Is there a standard % I should ask for in sales, or is charging a rent the better way and at what rate? Any info on what some of you do would be appreciated. We've sold drinks and snacks before but this would be more of "real" food. Also, would things be different when dealing with a major franchise chain restaurant setting up versus a local trailer kitchen?
