Need help finding Light Tunnel or Laser Light Tunnel effect!

Any recommendations as to a decent light tunnel laser that is affordable but also works well? where would I find one of these or what company/ies sell them? I have heard Ben at Netherworld mention this effect before on the Hauntworld Movies.
