Latex cleaner advice

Some of my latex props have gotten a mold/mildew on them from hanging out in the dungeon too much. Does anyone have advice for cleaning them that won't break down the latex? Thanks!

The best way is to just use alcohol swabs. Then apply a light layer of talc on them. That should do nicely.
