"Ted Bundy"? I was in Florida when they passed a state mandatory seat belt law. A popular bumper sticker then said:"When they fry Teddy, I'll buckle up!"
Teddy was wrangling the courts at that time delaying his eternal justice for his murder spree that concluded in Florida.
Several movies and TV movies have been made about Ted Bundy's crimes.
He was a handsome, charming killer, of course according to many movies only ugly , deformed people are killers.
