Wanted: Human/Animal Hybrid Mask/Prosthetics

Wondering if anyone knows of a vendor or artist that does anything that looks like the zombie/chicken people (prosthetic) reminiscent of the movie Poultrygeist?

Going along that same vein - if you know of an artist/vendor that can meld a human look and other farm animals please PM me. Looking for something a little more than the average "pig snout" appliance - more coverage over face/more detailed/and unique.

We actually made a few pieces that were submitted to the film, but they were prop heads with beaks and severed limbs. We didn't do any prosthetics.
