You know what Ben Armstrong did a lot of research in this area. Maybe you should ask him. Clearly there is a new dawn in online ticketing with all these new companies joining the fray with cheaper pricing, more bells and more whistles. I would say choose wisely.

I use screampass, never tried anyone else out.

But since we've done CC's at the ticket booth our online has gone down because people don't like to pay the extra fees.
