What is the Photo url???? My photos are saved in a file on my computer.

A photo is a url that begins with http://

Photos from the computer can be saved in a photobucket account. Which is FREE, links are provided there.

As for uploading pics directly from your computer to this site, I have no idea. I always use photobucket for my pic hosting.

You must put your photo's onto a photo-sharing site like putfile.com, photobucket, kodak gallery, or Flickr... Your photos are now stored forever online! Then you'll place the url/web address just as TheNightMare has shown.

Some sites, like Putfile.com, have text that you can simply copy and paste to insert pics into a forum, like this:
