Could someone who uses Screampass tell me how it works? If you use it or no longer use it, what is your advice/suggestions to using this ticket method? Is there an online tix company that is better?

As far as how it works, I think your best bet is to contact them directly at info@screampass.com . I don't have all of the details, but I have heard they have some great new changes coming for the 2008 season.
