Im looking to pick up sliding.

I was wondering if i could get a full list of materials i will need to be a succesfull slider. Also a brief introduction or stuff i could practice doing (in detail) would be greatly appreciated. I figured i better start practicing REALLY early. Hahahah

You should talk to Ben Armstrong... but I know Ghost Ride sells the gloves you need. You also want to wear steel padded knee pads, and steel tipped boots.

I don't think you need much more than that but a lot of bravery. LOL
