Very cool - I particularly liked Catacombs. The other tracks seem more movie-soundtrack oriented, whereas I could picture Catacombs playing in the background of a scene and really augmenting the atmosphere...

Glueing a comb to my pant leg for my cat would maybe do a nicer job of arranging his hair on his back when he rubbs up against me.
I wonder if anyone has patented this yet?

Folks please use the poll to give us your general feelings
about the CD so far. Qualitatively we need any feedback
you can give us.

I like the samples so far. It makes me want more ofthe album. It is very different than I am used to out of you and such...but I like that, it shows me you evolve and create continuously. It def. adds a spark of imagination while listening to the samples.

I really wanted to take some different directions with
the next few CD's.
It helps to have another set of ears and that's
why Rick Whitlow is there in the production chair.
It becomes a give and take situation between
artist and producer with the outcome, hopefully,
being, at the very least, different than it would have
been had I self produced the project.
That said, it's very important that we hear from haunters
about this project as they are a large part of the
Virgil fan base!!

Thanks for the kudos Chris!
The bottom line with Dark Hollow
is that it is a very flexible collection
of "rooms" or "scenes".
Each song should take you someplace....
BUT NOT THE BAHAMAS!!!
