Just want to let you know, Haunted Enterprises has issued a full refund for my order I had so much problems getting. The credit was actually issued in December, but just showed up on my statement in Jaunary. Randy from HE basically said his company totally dropped the balll on this one because of some problems HIS haunt experienced. Just goes to show you though: VENDORS< communication is they key. If you are having problems, PLEASE let us know. WE are more likely to undrstand if you keep the lines open.

BTW, thanks Larry for also helping keep the lines open....

Randy is an upstanding guy and well sometimes these things just fall through the cracks. I did talk to Randy as promised! I'm happy to hear he called you and resolved the issue. See all things can be handled without the drama Ron just proved that!
