Just want to let you know, Haunted Enterprises has issued a full refund for my order I had so much problems getting. The credit was actually issued in December, but just showed up on my statement in Jaunary. Randy from HE basically said his company totally dropped the balll on this one because of some problems HIS haunt experienced. Just goes to show you though: VENDORS< communication is they key. If you are having problems, PLEASE let us know. WE are more likely to undrstand if you keep the lines open.
