Hey Everyone,
A new room that we are planning to do at our haunted hayride is the cockroach room, so we are puting up over 500 plastic bugs, adding a couple of spitter systems, and of course Roach Sounds!
The thing is that i can not find any sounds on the web that involves bugs crawling, and stuff like that!
If anyone would happen to know where i can get such noises could you post it here??
I had gotten the idea from Halloween haunt At CANADAS WONDERLAND 2 years ago, and since then i haven't seen anything!!
Thanks

Have you tried I love wavs? ilovewavs.com has a variety of sound effects. I haven't checked for cockroaches.

Of course, there's Gore Galore, too. Look under the music section and there's a 60 minute music track available for purchase of crawling bugs. I've only heard the demo, but I'm sure it's good.

If you build a 2x2 step into and out of the room - toss in some old walnut shells, pecan shells or something else crunchy (maybe a bunch of peanut shells mixed too) and no sounds necessary. "Crunch"!
And the 2x2 helps hold them in the room - if not they will be spread everywhere... and have an actor nearby w/ a broom or rake.
Just saying - if you wanted to make it "Crunchy!"
