Damaged Light Effect

Looking to produce a damaged light effect for asylum part of attraction.
Anybody sell such items, or anywhere we could find plans to build one.

I would assume the effect you're wanting is a randomly flikcering flourescant...or....?

Yes looking for the random flickering, the look when florescent lights are going out. But want to be able to use regular light bulbs.
