Hundred Acres Manor's marketing teamed up with Zombieland last weekend. We handed out passes to a sneak preview of Zombieland as well as some pretty cool schwag. The screening was last night and a bunch of our crew went to see it.

Overall, f'ing hilarious. Woody is awesome in the movie and Jessie Eisenberg (from the recent movie Adventureland) was pretty good too. He fit the roll perfectly. Plenty of blood and random slayings, the makeup was good and the storyline was half decent. Most movies that open up with Metallica - For Whom the Bell Tolls, generally end up alright ;)

Our crew all had a great time and we've pretty much decided we're all going to go pay to see it again when it offically comes out. I'm sure I'll pick it up on BluRay the day it comes out as well.

Its not really a serious zombie film, but you should know by now its not going to be. That said, this was one of the best zombie films I have seen in years. If you just want to have fun, this move is fun. I expect we will see a lot of copy cat films from this one.

Hope you are all having a great October!

Havent seen it yet but I keep hearing it's a good flick. A couple friends/old co-workers did some make up for this one and I can't lie, I'm pretty jealous! ;)
