Paint me stupid, but this kind of confuses me. Is this a GOOD thing or a BAD thing? ..."rogue" has a negative connotation, so is he going AGAINST you in search of a "better" haunt to work for? ...or are you just offering yourself up as a reference to check this employees background before hiring him?
