Haunted, Creepy Hospital, Ideas?

We are looking to turn our garage into a Haunted Hospital and have a few ideas on what to do especially with the Swine flu epidemic we plan on taking a page from it to incorporate it into our haunt. I just want to see if anyone else has any ideas. We also need something to interact with "victims" Thanks

Interaction, we make people lay down on a stretcher and we cover them up and haunt them into surgery. Make them part of the act.
