If you want cheap, one-of a -kind masks like nobody else probably will have, buy some real cheap Halloween masks at any discount store, turn them inside-out, repaint them, sew parts of other cheap masks on the outside, glue on some cheap "hair" from a Beauty supply store or Dollar/Discount store. Your investment in $ and time should not be very great.
