Hello,
Located here in AZ, however I am willing to drive/pay for shipping. I'm looking for a complete haunt to purchase in May/June.
Right now, budget is very limited but I can offer the following payment plan:
-$5,000 Upfront (As well as shipping costs covered)
-10% of 2010 Ticket Sales (Can be discussed)
-$12,000-$15,000 in November 2010 (Depends on what is offered).
I'm looking to fill a 3,000 sq. foot building. Obviously my budget is extremely limted but I'm hoping to find someone who is having a very tough time selling their haunt right now. Storing it for another year could be frustrating and I could help avoid this. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask.
