    We are always quick to point out when a vendor does not act properly, so we should also be quick to point out when a vendor goes above and beyond to correct a problem.

    We had ordered a vortex tunnel with the corpse skin upgrade, but whenever it arrived, there was an issue with it. With us opening a few days after we received it, we were panicking. However, Scarefactory sent someone down to fix the problem, and they worked nonstop until the problem was resolved. Now we are very happy with the product, as are our customers.

    Thank you Scarefactory, for making things right.

    PLEASE DO NOT ADD ANY NEGATIVE COMMENTS TO THIS THREAD. I realize that Larry asked us to post vendor comments in another section, and I will post this there as well. However, I didn't feel it was fair to post the negative comments from previous weeks in this main forum, and not do the same with the positve.

    Wow, that's really impressive that they sent some one down there to resolve the issue!
    And it is pretty nice to hear some positives about a company and not just the negatives.
