Sorry but this sounds like "ACCESS" we use this at work as a chemical inventory. Works great. The software is really free if you have Microsoft Office on your computer. There are templates for just about anything. You can also incorporate bar coding. Scan items in and scan items out. Go to Office Depot to buy scanners and readers.

          Ken,

What was the deal on you ticket management system this year. I thought in 2008 it was too pricey for me what changed for 2009. I know you were trying to make the system more affordable. I'm still interested.

Hope everyone had a great Memorial Day weekend! Currently all of our software is only compatible with Windows XP or Server 2003. We've skipped over Vista and have already started looking forward to developing for Windows 7. Quite often I get smacked around for not developing for Mac or Linux.

Larry, over the past year we have come up with some additional pricing packages for haunters (a lite version of the software plus a bulk pricing package that knocks up to 40% off the software purchase price). The base price of the software also paves the way for lower module pricing such as access control, online ticketing, and next year's planned release of on-site and off-site ticketing kiosks.

As far as hardware is concerned, we also are working on an alternative to the most expensive hardware item which is the ticket printer. For our August release, we are working on using receipt printers a ticket printers. The receipt printers are about 1/3 the price of a ticket printer and could be used for duel purpose.

If you have additional questions or would like to discuss the system more in depth please don't hesitate to contact me at 845-926-4789 or info@clearcutoperations.com
