  • Lighting Simulators

That's right, lighting, not lightning. Thankfully I've already been doing some research on the different companies that offer these products, I was wondering which one(s) you all thought were the better one to go with & which company sales the particular brand?
I'm already sold on the idea I want to buy, I'm building a nursery that is completely all new to our house. Should be fun & interesting!

I guess my first question would be what a lighting simulator is? Do you mean lighting controls? Or is it something that simulates light?

Sorry about that, lighting controls kinda like what I've seen advertised for Lights-Alive for their Mantis product. I think I'm referring to their product right, apologies if I'm not.

        lighting controls

Might be helpful to give an idea of what you are trying to do with your set. There are different ways to control lighting. Just depends on what your doing and how much you want to spend.

in terms of lighting, we developed our own spotlights and controls and are making it available to the public later this year (2010). you can check out http://darklight.e5design.com

currently just the lighting and power supplies are available but we're developing more products such as lighting controls very soon.

ours are pretty easy to install because they don't have polarity, you don't need to worry about mixing (+) and (-) terminals during installation --- they just plug in and work :-)
