  • Fundraisers for Brian Wolfe at Midwest Haunters

We have several activities planned to raise funds for Brian Wolfe and his fight against cancer. Please join the Midwest Haunters as we recruit members into the Wolfe Pack with a donation at the MHC information booth. You’ll receive an official Wolfe Pack certificate you can sign/write a personal message and forward to Brian or keep as a souvenir.

Also we’ll have a Zombie Kissing booth on the trade show floor Saturday from 11 – 3 with a couple of “Hotties” ready to pucker up for donations to Brian. We’re welcoming Lee Eubanks from the ScareAtorium in full zombie makeup and attire (makeup courtesy of Nick Wolfe and Dean Martin). Also Chuck Williams will be there offering smooches for Brian. Please stop by the Zombie Kissing Booth, pucker up and make a donation for Brian!

We’ll have a quick auction Saturday from 5:00 to 5:30 on the demo stage during Bloody Mary Monster Makeup Wars. Trey Cottle will serve as auctioneer with prizes donated from Stuart Smith of Stuartism Designs (3D painted canvas) and a prop actuator from Haunting FX. A few more items will be announced soon.

Special thanks to Karen Murphy for assisting with planning and staffing the fund raising booth with a group of volunteers.

    Correction

Instead of the Brian Wolfe Support Pack certificates we will be providing Brian Wolfe Support Pack Wristbands to individuals making a donation and also have a book for anyone who wishes to write a note to Brian.

Thanks in advance for your overwhelming support of Brian Wolfe. Together we are making a positive difference for Brian, Dara and Trin!

        Throw down!

C'mon MHC attendees......The final amount raised for Brian at HauntCon in Dallas was over $5600.00 I'm not sure of the attendance numbers...but I'd like to issue a friendly challenge to see if MHC can top that amount!

Y'all all know (or should know Brian)...if not, here's a great video collage of Brian/Nick Dara and family doing what they love! https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?v...type=2&theater

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE dig down and see how you can make a difference in his fight!

        THANK YOU ALL!!

          Happier Stuff

Just wanted to thank MHC, Kelly, Neena, Barry & Kathy for their support of our fundraising efforts for Brian Wolfe just a few weeks ago.

So many wonderful people stepped up to help during the course of the show, everyone that helped man the booth, our wonderful zombie that kissed for the cause in the zombie kissing booth. Having Nick Wolfe do her make up made it even more special! All the wonderful individuals and companies that donated items for the live auction and our small table top silent auction.

Whatever you contributed, it was felt by Brian Wolfe and his family!

Talk about impact!!! I think we have raised just over $11,000 for him at the numerous haunt shows this year! Pretty awesome.

Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for what so many of you have helped to do. Much love and light!

          As Always, Scaren Karen
