  • What service do you use for ticket sales?

I would like to know what ticket service if any you use for ticket sales? I have seen First Data and Interactive Ticketing. Both show very promising results but I would like to hear what the pros are using.

Many use the two you listed and TicketLeap.

Flavorus is a new player, we tried to use them last year and they were extremely disappointing. Tried this year again and setup was too confusing. We're sticking with Ticketleap for this year, and may try flavorus next year, as their fees are 40 cents cheaper for our customers...

We used flavorus, and after a couple confusing details it all got worked out in the end. Customer service was great!

TicketLeap has by far the est costumer service. I am using them again this year and spoke with them on the phone a few times....they really updated a lot and it is very user friendly and they have better servers for this year already so I'm looking forward to their services again.

                  TicketLeap

TicketLeap has been great for us. I did a lot of research in this area, and my wife is somewhat of an expert in this area (she runs a concert venue that sells tickets through a number of channels, including TicketMaster). TicketLeap continues to be a great choice and worked flawless.

For credit cards, we went with Square. Too easy to setup, and I have been very pleased with its reliability.

What would you say/do if another haunt used the name of your haunt as one of their tags on Ticketleap? What do you think Ticketleap would do if we contacted them about that happening to us? Yes, it really has happened to us.

Waiting on a reply from the lawyer, but I just wondered if anyone here had something similar happen to them?

Uh, call Ticketleap? I'm sure there isn't a single thing you can do.
