I have been to Chicago in January... I will never willingly do that again.
Weather problems can be avoided. As far as Vegas goes: sitting in traffic for an hour to move a mile, high price for...
I dub thee Jim the Jester.
Yeah, you should see it... we don't even need special effects. All the fumes from the diesel engines cause everyone to hallucinate! We put everyone in a black box and...
Well, I have an easy solution.
Ask them what their annual household income is and charge accordingly!
I joke, but also its true. High-income places you'll be able to charge a higher price for...

They're making a ghost train sequence for my haunt this year.
Make certain you ask for Bob Dixon. He has a background in the haunt industry and will...
Nobody has had this problem yet?
That is absolutely astounding. I am very impressed. The speed at which you are able to relay the captured motion to the servos is phenomenal. Great price too.
I am assuming the software to run the...
Ok, all that leads me to my next questions.
Is there such a thing as a "semi-professional haunt?"
and if so;
Where do people that make semi-professional haunts fit within the haunted...
Halloween Falls on a Friday this year. So what?
For those of you with walk-throughs, and operate for multiple nights, will you be open the weekend before or the sat and sun following Halloween?

It seems like a simple question, but ends up rather complex:
What makes a Professional Haunt, a "Professional Haunt?"
Is it the fact that it is run as a business? I have been through many...
Complaint about our haunt: Too Short... but we do it for free so I say "go through again and it's twice as long."
Complaint about other haunts: Cheesey-ness, cliche themes... dot room anyone?
This is also a very good option! Definitely less expensive than the Matrix3 and probably the best bet if youre really adamant about doing what you had imagined - and relatively easy at that!
OK, well this is a complex question because what you want to do is very tricky. There are multi channel audio cueing software/hardware units that are computer controlled and can play audio tracks on...
An inexpensive alternative would be a spinning moonflower light. I have used them in the past and have had great success. You get a similar effect as the vortex tunnel for about $50.
Scary Terry has built one. I talked to him and it costs about $3000 to make, so be prepared.
Here's the link:

I have used pallets in my haunts before, but not for anything like walls. I have used them to make paths and also to build a house facade. If at all possible, you should avoid the use a pallets - not...

Wow, Jim. I looked at your website. Wow. Your normal looks like fun.
Well, it sold. Not for as much as I expected, but I am just happy that someone else will be able to use it for their haunt and also so my house will be back to "Normal."
thanks tony
Only a couple more days left in the auction! Still only $.99! I hope the auction gets some action....
I realized that, but I don't have time for listing 8 different auctions and then arranging 8 different pickup times and dates. On top of that, I need this stuff out of here asap, and if that means...
Just thought I'd let people know that we are selling all carnival/clown theming we used in our 2007 haunt.
The majority is listed on EBAY for $.99 right now. Check it out, you may find it to be...
