That could come in handy!
It seems like a lot of people in the industry were hoping it would fail, but I don't know why. Any high-profile haunt is good for the industry as a whole, because it increases the public's awareness...
Those are some wicked cool digital FX!
I cannot compare and contrast your Convention to others, because I attended MHC for the first time last year (and it was my first and only haunt convention to date), but I can say that you seem to...
Great quote!
Many haunts have gatherings throughout the year, to keep their acting troop together. They take them to horror movies, or laser tag, or even industry-related things like makeup demonstrations. Some...
"American Chopper" made OCC's business increase beyond their wildest dreams. It made them rich and famous. But then it also basically ruined their family, and split up their working relationship...
Leonard did promote Hauntcon heavily on Twitter. He seems to really be into Twiiter. I wish I could've attended.
Wow, that's a surprise! I took his seminar at MHC last year, and it was good.
Interesting idea!

Cool vlog! I'm a subscriber. Any chance of getting more behind-the-scenes looks at the business end of things?

I posted it on my Facebook... No poster required. Good luck!
Excellent website!
First... I don't want to tick you off, AustinD... You're a fellow Michigander! :D
To be clear, I am not knocking The Darkness, or any mega-budget haunt [I also said nothing about mega haunt...
That's was my point too... Tough to really judge how things will look until you see it complete, and in show lighting.
I also think it takes guts to post pictures on this forum that don't look...
I'd like to see how it looks when lit!
