Use Clowns! Everyone is scared of a clown... Make your hallways narrow if your traffic is low, especially if you are not going to have actors in them. Claustrophobia can add to the scared level!

I would suggest creating everything in separate pieces and assembling with bolts that are easy to take apart. Then you will be left with 4 pieces and a base you can easily stack against a wall...
