Well it seems the 09 season is pretty much over for most people. I don't think there were many staying open another weekend. So how did everyone do? Was attendance up or down? Any major problems? What will you do different next year?

Attendance seemed lower this year compared to the last couple, but I'll have to wait until all of the number come in to be certain. But I expected low numbers this year, with the flu season coming on strong and the economy still sucking, so...
We had all sorts of problems this year, mainly our sets breaking(overzealous acting) and actors not showing up because they were sick. The first night, one of our gates broke off of a wall. This was a gate that we were hanging off of, during the preseason. We tested it to it's failure point, and then rebuilt it, but an actor managed to destroy it the first night. I knew it was going to be an interesting season after that...
