To make a long story short, I give you the gyst of it.
My business partner had a friend of his for 6 years run one of our stores this year as a manager.
I want to open a haunted house someday, but he will NOT help unless he is part owner. I am not looking for another owner and my business partner will not do it without him.
I am the creative part of this venture and my business partner is the book man/ set things up.
Now his friend is a construction worker and knows a lot of people that could be potential investors into my owning of a haunted house.
Should I give in and add another business partner or should I stick with the stores and save up my portion til I have enough money to open an attraction?
