Hello All,

Is there anyone in the Chicago area willing to open up their haunt so I may come in and have a tour during the off season? I will have my haunt open and running during Sept and Oct 2010’ and that is when I can reciprocate. Or if you want to just Shoot the Sh*t or work on cross marketing, let me know.

Recently...

I had some goofy customers, versus "Cross".
"You don't expect to scare us, we're 50 years old!"
They were in a big hurry, couldn't take my tour the way that it is usually given.
"just curious, we want to see what it looks like inside." (is this a Jack the Ripper quote?)

One object that I use to scare some people got this comment:"That didn't scare me!"
....so 10 seconds later I pick up the same object, use it again and the other person was heard to say,"He scared you that time!" (a statement that went totally unchallenged)
So..you already just saw something, it didn't work on you but then a few seconds later...it does!?? "HHHHMMMM?"
As long as you are dealing with people, you will never will have seen or have heard it "all".
Later three past patrons brought a little girl and boy here and we sure had fun with them!
They were the "show" for the three adults!
I am pretty sure the kids weren't ever really that scared (except once early-on?)
The girl kept asking me about everything she saw in my house , "Did a ghost do that?"
"No, I did." Was my soon to become common response.
I announced right from the beginning of their house tour that I had noticed some people bring their children or grandchildren here for discplinary rreasons, "You be good or we will Take you Back THERE!"
HAHAHAHAHAHA!
