  • Saw vi... Read this now! Very cool!

Hey guys the new Saw VI came out yesterday and I grabbed it because I hadn't seen it at the movie. I'll be honest I am NOT a Saw fan and I'm sick of these movies. The reason I bought it was because ONE OF THE SPECIAL FEATURES is a seg from Universal Studios on making the Saw Haunted House.

Yeah... I watched it it was pretty cool!

Worth buying this movie for ... the movie itself was ahhh just like all the rest nothing really new. What was funny though is they killed people who denied insurance coverage to people or people in the banking industry which was interesting. LOL

Anyway run out and grab a copy because the feature was pretty cool I must say!

Yea you have to watch all the movies to get it. They all fit together. I only really like the first, second, and third though. The Saw haunt at Universal was good though. Probably the best there, even though I'm not much a of a fan of the movie they did a really good job. It was very detailed and the scenes were very well done.

The segment was well done in my book and actually I think most haunts should make videos like this for their website...show your customers what you go through to produce your haunts! I think it would educate your customers as how much work you put into your attraction!

The saw haunt was well done no doubt and the segment featured some cool set design, detail and scares!

I suggest everyone run out and get the new Saw movie just to watch the Universal Studios Horror Nights segment!

      Very well done!

          Nothing new???

I havent seen another movie even close to the saw movies!! LOL The story lines I thought were pretty original. Twisted as hell!! But pretty original. And especially considering it doesnt look like there were alot of computer generated graffics. I would be thrilled to meet the guys would built all the props. I thought bringing the insurance and bankers into it as they did was very cool. Probably one of my favorites of all the saw movies.

Is the movie out to rent or can you buy it now. If so, is there a certain version that has the "saw haunt" on it? That would be really cool to check out, whether one like the movies or not.

Thanks for lettn us know Larry

THANKS LARRY, I was looking forward to this DVD and when you said it had the making of the universal haunt, I HAD to rent it asap! I just finished watching the movie, and while I was disappointed that I didn't get too many more answers, the special features were my favorite as usual.

If I find the time, I'll post the making of the haunt on my youtube account!

The problem with buying these crappy movies, albeit for a cool segment, is it ultimately grosses that terrible franchise more money and they keep flooding us with them each year, lol. C'mon your into movies you know this, lol!

They can want to make 9 all day long but if the franchise were to cease making money, the franchise would stopping making films.

The Saw house Game Over on the dvd was the one on the west cost because the one in Orlando sucked big time. Now The Wolf Man house that was freaking awesome!

I agree. The one in Orlando was one of my least favorite. It did have some good elements in it tho. The wolf man rocked!!! I liked the CHUD one as well the first time I went through I was like..thats okay, but the second time I caught many of the details and set designs...realy good.
