For what its worth I have had one for two seasons now and never had any major problems. I do have to agree tho that the companies customer service leaves a LOT to be desired...

I'm not knocking the thing but I personally would do something a lot more involved more going on. I once wanted to build a simulation of being buried and it was going to be awesome. I still might build one someday. I was going to build it and bring it to TW and one day we'll probably build it.
I just think bigger more over the top... I don't know! I heard a lot of people bought them just doesn't do it for me but might do it for someone else.
